Encyclopedia of Alabama is a source of information on the state's history, culture, geography and natural environment. It is like a traditional encyclopedia, with an emphasis on authoritative content based on sound scholarship. But the online format makes it a modern reference tool offering video, audio and graphics that can be updated and expanded. It's just another great way to enhance learning beyond the classroom.
